Director of Preconstruction - Data Centers I'm supporting a rapidly growing US data center developer and operator looking to appoint a Director of Preconstruction as they continue to build out a significant pipeline of large-scale digital infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role with ownership of projects from development through to construction readiness, covering:
- Project planning, budgets & schedules
- Constructability & delivery strategy
- Procurement and long-lead equipment
- GC / subcontractor engagement
- Design, engineering & permitting coordination
- Transition into construction Looking for 5-10 years' experience within data center / mission-critical construction and, importantly, someone who has personally owned projects through preconstruction .
