Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Senior Manager with a strong background in Data Bricks and cloud-based enterprise solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex data engineering projects, oversee the implementation of Data Bricks platforms, and drive innovative data strategies across the organization. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical project management for Data Bricks deployments, including planning, execution, and delivery within an Agile environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, and TFS. Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise software solutions leveraging Data Bricks on cloud platforms like AWS. Manage project schedules using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and SAFe to ensure timely delivery aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and deliverables effectively throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Supervise technical teams in software development practices including test-driven development (TDD), user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management. Ensure adherence to IT governance standards including disaster recovery planning, risk management strategies, and compliance protocols. Requirements Proven experience managing complex IT projects with a focus on Data Bricks platform implementation and cloud computing environments like AWS. Strong knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle (SDLC), project management methodologies (PMBOK), and project management tools such as Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated leadership in technical project & program management supervisory roles within fast-paced technology organizations. Expertise in databases including SQL and Oracle; familiarity with IT infrastructure components is essential. Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation strategies, and user acceptance testing processes. Proficiency in Agile planning frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; experience with Waterfall methodology is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
