This is a long-term W2 contract. Fully on-site. Candidates must reside on Oahu by time of start. No Relocation. What You'll Do Collaborate with staff sections to analyze, refine, and optimize operational processes. Ensure timely, accurate information flows for decision-making and planning. Identify and document information exchange needs to improve interoperability and communication within the division and with external units. Spot opportunities for AI-driven solutions that boost efficiency and decision-making. Work with technical teams to assess and implement new technologies. Serve as the division's go-to expert for IKM processes, tools, and systems. Provide guidance, training, and educational materials to staff. Act as the primary Information Systems Coordinator (ISC), directing staff to resources and liaising with IT teams for timely issue resolution. Implement best practices for data management and support governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and security. Work closely with other divisions and external units to align IKM processes, facilitate knowledge sharing, and enhance organizational learning. What We're Looking For Experience supporting operational teams and managing information systems. Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions, including AI applications. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proven expertise in data management and governance. Willingness to deliver training and educational materials.
