- _Job Summary_
- The Manager, Data Analytics & Decision Science will lead a team responsible for turning data into insights that improve decisions, drive action, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- _Responsibilities_
- + Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
- _Qualifications_
- + 8-12 years of experience, preferred + Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, economics, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred + Strong ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and recommendations.

- + Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff + Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals + Ensures employees operate within guidelines + Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers + Interacts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management + Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects + Gains consensus from various parties involved •
TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES
- + Your new hire training will take place 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required. + This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to work Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm CST. Schedule may vary depending on business needs.
REMOTE DETAILS
- + You will work remotely, full-time.
Internet requirements include the following:

- $106,700 - $152,400
