Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
Analyze and ensure the accuracy of pricing data requests from external sources to update Product and Pricing tables for customer invoicing and inventory planning, while also creating custom 'price book' reports, processing customer ownership changes, leading projects, recommending process improvements, and training new employees Set-up and audit of Products and Pricing including : Item Master, Item Master Supplemental, Item Branch, Item Branch Supplemental IMPACT, Advanced Pricing Set-up and audit of sensitive tax and banking information in Address Book for Vendors (A/P) and Customers (A/R) Audit Daily Pricing File needs for all products to ensure they pass through the ERP (JD Edwards) Partner with Accounting Managers to establish and audit Product mark-up and pricing recoveries, including Advanced Pricing and Advanced Pricing Setup Research and resolve Product and Pricing inquiries from Vendors, Centralized Purchasing, Distribution Centers, and customers. Update System with any missing information Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
