Join a highly respected, physician-led, multi-specialty group offering an exceptional opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to step into a thriving, high-demand outpatient practice in South Bend, IN. Position Highlights Immediate patient volume with thousands of built-in referrals Collaborate with an in-house colorectal surgeon Strong clinical and administrative support team Monday-Friday schedule promoting work-life balance Uncapped earning potential Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$600,000 ~$800k-$900k+ earning potential (uncapped productivity incentives)
Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 - $50,000
Loan Repayment:
Up to $100,000
