Location:
Norwich, Kansas Employment Type:
Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; Fridays as needed based on operational needs
Reports To:
Production Control + Ensure production data is entered in a timely, accurate, and complete manner. + Develop, maintain, and update daily production schedules. + Monitor production progress and proactively adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments. + Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including the Pattern Shop, Shipping, Quality, Customer Service, and other operational teams, to promote efficient workflow and clear communication. + Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts to support inventory accuracy. + Other duties as assigned. + Coordinate and schedule truck pickups, deliveries, and loads. + Ensure products are ready for scheduled shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, weights, and other shipment information is accurate + Weigh boxes, containers, pallets, and other materials and maintain accurate shipping information and documentation. + Assist with loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment and safety procedures. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Strong skills in organization, communication, and time-management, with attention to detail. + Ability to perform hands-on shipping duties, including weighing materials and assisting with loading and unloading trucks. + Ability to safely operate or learn to operate applicable material-handling equipment, such as a forklift or pallet jack. + Ability to follow established procedures and safety requirements. + Experience in production scheduling, production control, shipping, logistics, inventory control, data entry, or manufacturing. + Experience with SyteLine or another ERP system. + Experience coordinating freight, carriers, or logistics. + Primarily offic To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
