Job Requirements New Orleans, LA Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Position Responsibilities Support planning, coordination, and integration of IO, MISO/PSYOP, and MILDEC activities.
- Draft and recommend IO, MISO, and MILDEC plans, annexes, and appendices.
- Develop MILDEC concepts and support integration into broader operational plans.
- Conduct and maintain Target Audience Analysis.
- Support message development and effects assessment.
- Coordinate with joint, service, interagency, and theater stakeholders.
- Develop assessments of IO, MISO, and MILDEC activities and campaigns.
- Participate in contingency, crisis, and exercise operational planning teams.
- Review taskers and provide planning recommendations.
- Support Marine Corps and Combatant Command planning conferences.
- Conduct CONUS and OCONUS travel in support of exercises, conferences, engagements, and mission requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience planning and integrating Information Operations.
- Strong experience in MISO/PSYOP and MILDEC at the tactical or operational level.
- Verifiable experience with the
MISO/PSYOP
planning process.- Verifiable experience with the MILDEC planning process.
- Experience with Target Audience Analysis, message development, and effects assessment.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Valid U.S. passport.
- Ability to obtain country visas as required.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in New Orleans and travel
CONUS/OCONUS.
Preferred Qualifications- DoD-approved
MISO/PSYOP
qualification course.- DoD-approved MILDEC planning course.
SOUTHCOM
Area of Responsibility experience.- Combatant Command-level planning experience.
- MARFOR experience.
- Spanish proficiency at DLPT 2/2 or greater.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish verbally and in writing.
