Job Summary Job TitlePhysical Security/Information Assurance (PS/IA) Specialist 1Job DescriptionPhysical Security/Information Assurance (PS/IA) Specialist 1 will provide support for collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Program (SAP) systems in accordance with Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) and other DoD and national guidance for facilities with internal networks and guest systems.
Duties may include:
Responsible to the Chief of Security for ensuring compliance with DCID and JSIG PS and IA requirements and maintaining accreditation documentationConduct or manage physical and technical security (TEMPEST/TSCM) actions and proceduresConduct preconstruction reviews and makes recommendations for compliance with guidance for construction, expansion and modifications of facilitiesAssist the IA Manager with implementation of the IA programAuthor, review and maintain Certification and Accreditation documentationAssist with enforcement of PERSEC controls for visitors and un-cleared personnel requiring entry to the facilityEnforce PS controls of electronic devices and prohibited itemsConduct entry/exit inspectionsIdentify IA and PS vulnerabilities and ensureJAFAN 6/9
