- Developing and maintaining current-state and future-state value stream maps for Tool & Die operations.
- Analyzing how die build, repair, modification, tryout, maintenance, and launch activities flow through the organization.
- Identifying bottlenecks, handoff delays, rework loops, redundant steps, and non-value-added activities to recommend process improvements. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree and have 3-5 years of experience in data mining.
- Possess strong analytical skills to support operational analysis and cross-functional coordination.
- Are eager to work closely with finance to track tooling spend, labor impacts, and budget status.
