As a Senior Data Conversion Lead, you will be an integral part of the Data Management Department supporting project teams involved in large-scale system implementations and transformations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellentmunication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization. Job Title Senior Data Conversion Lead Location Portsmouth, Montana What's the Job? Lead and manage the overall data conversion strategy, approach, and execution for enterprise system projects. Analyze source and target data models, defining data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accuracy and integrity. Coordinate data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to support seamless data migration. Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, and vendors to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Oversee development and execution of data conversion scripts and tools, validating data through reconciliation and exception analysis. What's Needed? 8-12 years of experience in data migration or data conversion roles within enterprise environments. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and RDBMS. Hands-on experience with SQL and database management tools. Proven track record leading data conversion activities for large-scale systems.
