We are looking for a Senior .NET/SQL Server Developer This role involves supporting the development and enhancement of enterprise applications within a payroll-focused environment. The individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications while partnering closely with technical teams to deliver new functionality and support ongoing project initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications. Build, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET framework. Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures. Design and develop back-end application components. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop scalable and maintainable solutions. Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide effective long-term solutions. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following established development standards and best practices.

Requirements:

7 years of hands-on software development experience. Strong experience developing applications with .NET 10 and C#. Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Skills:

Strong SQL development skills, including query optimization, database design, stored procedure development, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience supporting payroll, financial services, human capital management, or other enterprise business applications. Experience working within Agile development environments. Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
