Job Description

Micrologic Associates is a leading technology solutions provider for the car wash and related industries. We build the systems our customers run their businesses on, empowering them to grow more profitable washes through smarter products, dependable service, and a team that has their back. Our product suite includes all the software needed to run and grow a wash, along with the related hardware and support services that keep it all running. Micrologic is seeking a qualified data integration lead to add to our team of dedicated, trusted, experienced & professional personnel. The integration lead will be an integral part of the implementation team.
Essential Job Functions Include:
Data Import Process Management:
  • Initiate the data import process by coordinating with relevant parties, including account managers, vendors, and internal development teams.
  • Establish timelines and lead times for each party involved in the data import process.
Communicate effectively with customers to obtain necessary data in the required format. Review and validate data templates provided by customers, ensuring all mandatory fields are accurately filled out.
Template Management:
  • Manage data templates for various vendors, including DRB, ICS, Washify, and others.
  • Ensure all mandatory fields are included in the templates and provide guidance to customers for completion if needed.
Technical Data Analysis:
  • Conduct pre-data analysis using advanced Excel functions to identify anomalies, duplicates, and missing data.
  • Utilize Excel extensively for data cleansing, manipulation, and transformation to meet system requirements.
Database Management and SQL Usage:
  • Utilize SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data during the import process.
  • Identify and resolve database issues related to data import, including duplicate records and missing information.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure data integrity and system compatibility.
Quality Assurance:
  • Perform quality checks on imported data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Address any discrepancies or errors identified during the import process in a timely manner.
Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between account managers, development teams, and customers throughout the data import process.
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of data imports and address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data import processes, including templates, guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Generate reports summarizing import activities, data integrity, and any issues encountered during the process. Skills & Knowledge
  • Three or more years of experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization/exploration tools
  • Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, specifically Redshift and RDS Communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical business leaders
  • Ability to work on a dynamic, research-oriented team that has concurrent projects Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline
  • Experience in building or maintaining ETL processes
  • Experience with complex data migrations, integrations, or customer conversions
  • Professional certification in a relevant technical field
  • Experience troubleshooting data quality and database issues
Pay:
From $80,000.00 per year
