As a Data Manager within PNC's Data Product Organization organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX or Strongsville, OH. Job Description Leads in developing, implementing, and managing organizational data solutions in order to meet business objectives and user requirements; establishes and maintains policies and procedures to ensure that data services are delivered in a high-quality and profitable manner. Leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to plan, design, build and maintain data solutions and services; may lead in building requirements, designing and building data service infrastructure on multiple data platforms and/or multiple applications. Develops strategies for data implementation, data acquisition, and archive recovery. Advises and prepares information for senior leadership, direction and methodology for analysis, structure and storage of critical organizational data. Ensures integrity and maintenance of organizational data; Resolves data integration and security issues for adherence to the organization's quality standards. Data, Process, Events, Objects, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
