Job Description
Manager, Responsible Business Data & Systems Overview Lead data, systems, analytics, and reporting initiatives that support sustainability, environmental performance, regulatory compliance, and business decision-making. This role bridges Responsible Business objectives with the technology, data, and insights needed to measure performance and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Own sustainability and environmental data collection, validation, governance, and reporting Manage reporting systems, data platforms, integrations, and process improvements Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytics, and executive reporting Support greenhouse gas accounting, sustainability disclosures, and regulatory reporting Establish data governance standards, controls, documentation, and audit readiness Drive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives Support customer, investor, and external reporting requirements Collaborate across Operations, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5–8+ years in data management, reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise applications Experience with reporting platforms, Power BI, dashboards, and analytics Experience with data governance, data quality, controls, and compliance reporting Proven success leading system implementations, reporting transformations, or process improvement initiatives Preferred Sustainability, ESG, environmental, energy, utility, or regulatory reporting experience Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting and sustainability disclosures Experience with enterprise reporting platforms (e.g., Workiva, AuditBoard, Smartsheet) Experience managing environmental, operational, or regulatory datasets Core Skills Power BI, dashboards, analytics, and data visualization Advanced Excel and reporting Data governance, quality, controls, and validation Large-scale data management Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset EB-3663547275
