Make a Mark We Blaze Our Own Trail Brand First We Mean Business Summary The Data Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate organizational data across multiple departments, systems, and platforms. This role supports the full lifecycle of data management—from creation and entry to validation, maintenance, and release—ensuring information is accurate, complete, and aligned across all business systems. Working cross-functionally with teams including Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance, the Data Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency, product launches, inventory accuracy, and reporting integrity. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities Data Management & System Administration Enter, maintain, and update organizational data across multiple internal systems and platforms Manage critical business data including Items and Bills of Materials (BOMs), SKU information, packaging specifications, product data, customer and vendor pricing, inventory-related information, and operational records. Ensure all data is accurate, complete, standardized, and aligned across systems before releasing updates or changes; including but not limited to reviewing and validating data Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and other departments to collect, verify, and maintain accurate business data Coordinate timelines and approvals related to new product setups, product changes, launches, and operational updates Collaborating with stakeholder to review and validate data submissions for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards Quality Control & Data Accuracy Perform routine audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity across systems Investigate and resolve inconsistencies, duplicate records, and system discrepancies Maintain version control and documentation related to data changes and approvals Process Improvement & Documentation Support the development and continuous improvement of data management processes and workflows Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and standards related to data entry and system management Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance cross-functional data visibility Reporting & Operational Support Generate reports and provide data support for operational, inventory, and product-related initiatives Assist teams with data requests, system troubleshooting, and administrative support related to business systems Support special projects, product launches, and process implementation efforts as needed Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 2+ years of experience in data coordination, data entry, operations support, supply chain, or related administrative roles Experience working across multiple systems, databases, or ERP platforms required. Experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory systems, or product lifecycle management preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business systems/software platforms Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Computer Skills:
Microsoft suite (core applications), Google, Slack, experience in Jira and/or other management platforms and software preferred
Language Skills:
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
Math Skills:
Possess basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel required between buildings and sites State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older ServSafe or Food Handler's Card preferred Will be required to submit to a background check Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications Benefits You'll receive a competitive salary of $70,000-80,000k/year, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours vacation time, 16 hours of VTO, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
