#LI-RemoteThis position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some restrictions based on legal entity). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position will require 20% travel.

Job description summary The Data Innovation, Partnerships and Products (DIPP) team sits within the Data Products and Foundations pillar of Strategy, Platforms and Transformation (SPT) and enables trusted, scalable data access and partnerships that support improved decision-making across Novartis. The Associate Director, Specialty Pharmacy and Alternative Sites of Care (SP/ASOC) Data Partnerships - Data Enablement and Operations will own the end-to-end onboarding, integration, and operational delivery of SP/ASOC data assets across the enterprise.

This role ensures reliable data acquisition, vendor enablement, feed management, and operational support to meet business needs and service expectations across multiple specialty pharmacies, alternative sites of care, several brands, and launch activities. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with the Monitoring and Standards team to implement data quality controls, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives, while remaining account-able for operational performance, data availability, issue resolution, and scaling SP/ASOC data capabilities across brands and functions. The role will also be expected to bring an innovative mindset by identifying practical opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve data onboarding, monitoring, issue resolution, partner operations, and the overall usability of SP/ASOC data.
