Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding CHG is looking for a Business Data Steward to join our Data Operations & Governance team. The Business Data Stewards manage, define, and protect the quality of data, acting as a bridge between business operations and technical data teams, translating business needs into data requirements. This role will report to Christina Irvin Manager II | Data Operations & Governance. Responsibilities Business Data Stewards manage, define, and protect the quality of data, acting as a bridge between business operations and technical data teams, translating business needs into data requirements. As a Data Steward, you'll identify critical data assets and partner across the business on:
  • Data standards, alignment, scope, process design, and auditing
  • Data quality monitoring and reporting
  • Data definitions, management, and ownership
  • Data manipulation and remediation as needed Willingness to be hands on with the team, helping troubleshoot issues and shape solutions.
Ability to align multiple stakeholders and facilitate productive conversations across teams. Lead data quality initiatives and promote the data governance program across the organization. Communicate the value of data standards so end users have a practical understanding of why data quality matters and consider downstream business impacts when making data decisions. Promote data literacy and train staff on proper data standards. Stay current on data management tools and technologies, with a willingness to learn new ones. Qualifications Ability to interact and work with people in a way that reflects CHG's core values. 1-2 years of experience in data governance, data management, project management, business process lifecycle, risk management, or domain-specific business operations. Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with IT professionals, senior leadership, business leaders, and stakeholders to deliver results. Strong analytical capabilities and Excel skills required. Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Ringlead, SQL, or data cataloging technology preferred. Ability to understand business needs and translate data into support or decision making Education & Experience 1-2 years of experience in data governance, data management, project management, business process lifecycle, risk management, or domain-specific business operations. Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Ringlead, SQL, or data cataloging technology preferred. We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $52,700
  • $102,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.
