Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position oversees the Intake Team and Quality Assurance Specialist while partnering with program leaders to improve data collection, reporting, compliance, and operational performance. We are seeking a dynamic Data Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of ERFSC's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role develops standardized intake and data management processes, produces organizational dashboards and performance reports, and ensures data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with expertise in data governance, project management, business intelligence, and process improvement who can translate data into actionable insights that improve services and organizational outcomes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Data Management & Analytics Develop and maintain organization-wide data management policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and security of organizational data. Monitor data quality across all ERFSC programs and recommend corrective actions as needed. Develop and maintain executive dashboards, performance metrics, and organizational reports. Analyze trends and present actionable recommendations to executive leadership. Support strategic planning through data analysis and performance measurement. Ensure compliance with grant reporting requirements, funder expectations, and regulatory standards. CRM Implementation & Administration Lead the planning, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment FSC's CRM platform. Partner with leadership to document business requirements and design efficient workflows. Develop standardized processes for client intake, referrals, case management, and reporting within the CRM. Serve as the primary system administrator and liaison with software vendors. Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to staff. Monitor CRM utilization and identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation. Intake Operations Provide leadership and supervision to the Intake Team. Standardize intake procedures across all ERFSC programs. Monitor intake performance, timeliness, and customer service standards. Ensure clients are connected to appropriate programs efficiently and accurately. Evaluate intake workflows and implement process improvements to enhance the client experience. Quality Assurance Supervise the Quality Assurance Specialist. Develop and oversee an organization-wide quality assurance program. Conduct routine audits to verify data accuracy and program compliance. Identify trends, gaps, and risks and implement corrective action plans. Collaborate with program leadership to improve data quality and service delivery. Reporting & Performance Management Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual organizational performance reports. Develop dashboards for executive leadership, funders, and the Board of Directors. Track organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes. Provide data to support grant applications, monitoring visits, audits, and strategic initiatives. Recommend operational improvements based on performance data and organizational Leadership & Collaboration Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of direct reports. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with Program Directors, Finance, Human Resources, Community Engagement, and Lead cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and organizational performance.
