Hybrid Core Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement Partner with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Analytics teams to develop scalable data platforms, pipelines, and services Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications Prioritize and manage product backlogs based on business value, customer needs, technical complexity, and organizational priorities Establish and monitor KPIs related to data quality, reliability, accessibility, adoption, and business impact Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and enterprise data capabilities Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related technology role Experience managing enterprise data products, data platforms, data warehouses, or data lakes Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration concepts Experience partnering with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Analytics teams Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience working with AWS or other cloud-based data platforms Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling principles Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, metadata management, or data lineage Experience supporting analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), or machine learning initiatives Financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industry experience Agile, Scrum, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or other Product Management certifications Experience defining product success metrics and leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making Key Competencies & Behaviors Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute a long-term product vision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills across business and technical teams Ability to balance competing priorities while managing multiple initiatives Strong leadership and executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

The approximate pay range for this position is between $70.00 and $77.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
