$115.00 (W2) We are seeking an experienced Principal Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data products supporting Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and pharmacy data initiatives. This role will serve as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving scalable data solutions that support critical business objectives. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products. Lead PBM-focused data initiatives, integrations, and pharmacy data ecosystem projects. Partner with business leaders, architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-value data capabilities. Manage the full data product lifecycle from discovery through adoption. Drive enterprise data initiatives involving ingestion, transformation, integration, and consumption. Prioritize product enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility. Ensure data quality, scalability, performance, and usability across platforms. Required Qualifications 10+ years of Data Product Management experience. Proven success leading enterprise data product initiatives. Strong knowledge of enterprise data platforms and end-to-end data lifecycle management. Experience with AWS, APIs, Kafka, and Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms. Strong understanding of modern data integration and event-driven architectures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders. 2+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience, including pharmacy data domains and data exchanges. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting PBM implementations, integrations, or modernization efforts. MuleSoft experience. Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience. Agile certifications and/or Master's degree.
