As we continue to expand and advance our advisory service offerings, we are seeking a Senior Asset Management Consultant based out of New Jersey, with expertise in digital and data-driven solutions to join our cross-sector team of specialists. In this role, you will work closely with clients across a variety of industries to improve asset management capabilities, enable data-informed decision-making, and drive transformational business outcomes. You will help organizations leverage technology, analytics, and industry best practices to enhance performance, optimize investments, and achieve long-term resilience and sustainability goals. Jacobs is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and client-focused Senior Asset Management Consultant - Digital & Data to join our growing Asset Management Advisory team. In this role, you will help organizations across the United States transform how they manage, maintain, and invest in their assets by delivering innovative, data-driven asset management solutions. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about helping clients maximize the value of their asset information and technology investments. You will work directly with clients to enhance asset data quality and governance, improve data structures and workflows, optimize enterprise asset management technologies, and develop meaningful insights that support informed decision-making. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with technical and operational stakeholders to improve data collection processes, strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities, and implement digital solutions that enable more effective asset planning, performance, and investment decisions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple industries and infrastructure sectors, helping clients achieve greater operational efficiency, resilience, and long-term value from their assets. Key Responsibilities Lead/support the delivery of data related asset management advisory projects across water, wastewater, transport, energy, municipal services, facilities and other infrastructure sectors. Design and implement asset information management strategies, data governance, digital systems integrations, reporting frameworks and data environments that improve visibility and support decision-making. Enterprise Data Modeling, Schema Harmonization, Data Lineage & Cataloging Concepts, Data Quality Auditing & Compliance, Enterprise Asset Hierarchies. Esri ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, Server, SDE), IBM Maximo EAM, Lucity/CentralSquare CMMS, InfoAsset Planner. Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Python (ETL, Pandas, ArcPy), Complex SQL, Generative AI Prompt Engineering. Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Branch Versioning, SDSFIE, Eos Arrow Gold GPS, ArcGIS Field Maps / Survey123, ModelBuilder. Educate/train staff at client organizations on how to use identified solutions. Build trusted client relationships, manage project teams and contribute to successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects. Contribute to business development, proposal preparation, thought leadership and growth of Jacobs' Asset Management and Digital & Data capabilities. Modernizing enterprise asset registries across multi-system environments, engineering automated Python/SQL data pipelines, and leveraging generative AI tools and enterprise platforms (IBM Maximo MAS, Esri ArcGIS Online, Power BI) to accelerate data quality workflows. Adept at bridging operational gaps by collaborating with cross-functional Work with stakeholders and end-users to translate complex business needs into rigorous data validation and QA/QC frameworks. #LI-AC2 Here's what you'll need Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geography or a related field. 15+ years of experience in data governance and EAM integrations. GISP (Certified GIS Professional) Knowledge of Power BI, Maximo, ESRI products. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Good oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis and technical problem solving, and a strong organizational approach. Ideally, you'll also have: Experience delivering innovative solutions. Experience across multiple market sectors. Experienced facilitator of small group workshops. Support industry benchmarking, knowledge sharing and the development of thought leadership.

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $142,200.00 to $222,150.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
