The Role FI Data Solutions team is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Client Master Data Management (MDM) platform and translate product strategy into prioritized engineering roadmaps, technical deliverables, and execution plans. Operating with an enterprise mindset, this role collaborates across business units to align priorities, shape shared roadmaps, and deliver integrated solutions that balance localized needs with broader organizational outcomes. The role is accountable for platform strategy, engineering execution, and operational excellence for the Client MDM ecosystem. Our diverse portfolio represents a broad set of business-critical capabilities that span revenue generation, operational execution and strategic decision support. Our team sits at the intersection of core business processes and enterprise data, enabling both operational processing and advanced analytics delivery. Fidelity's Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
