- Extensive knowledge of SQL, reporting software, computing hardware, software, network, University information and communication systems
- Knowledge of methods of system analysis for determining equipment configurations
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging
- Ability to establish working relationships with vendors, staff members and users
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
