Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Fire Safety Administrative employee to oversee our scheduling, data entry and invoicing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedule planning, managing inspections and service data operations, and ensuring efficient communication between all parties involved in the inspections and service process. This role requires strong analytical skills to optimize dispatch and data tracking processes and enhance overall service.
