EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). EXPERIENCE
: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or related roles. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading IT staff. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USED

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits. This position exercises full responsibility for all I.T. Projects and daily activities within the Information Systems Department JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Oversight Manage day-to-day IT operations for the location(s), ensuring high system availability, minimal production downtime, and effective prioritization of service requests and projects. Supervise, mentor, and develop IS team members, including performance management, training, and workload balancing. Partner with plant and business unit leadership to understand operational priorities and translate them into actionable IS objectives. Infrastructure and Operations Management Oversee the installation, maintenance, and performance of local infrastructure—including servers, networks, end-user devices, process control systems, and communication systems. Lead initiatives to modernize and optimize local IT infrastructure, including hardware refresh cycles and security patch management. Compliance, Security, and Governance Ensure compliance with corporate, business unit, and audit requirements, including ITAR, cybersecurity policies and CMMC. Maintain secure environments by managing access controls, patching, and data protection in alignment with global IS standards. Support and enforce change management, data governance, and IT documentation policies. Project and Vendor Management Plan and execute local IS projects aligned with company strategy and business needs. Coordinate with regional and global IT teams to implement company-wide initiatives. Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and technical services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Process Control and Manufacturing Support Support and maintain the process control and automation infrastructure that interfaces with manufacturing systems. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure technology stability in production environments. Communication and Collaboration Serve as the primary IS contact for the facility, facilitating effective communication between business leaders, corporate IT, and external providers. Promote the strategic direction of the organization by aligning local initiatives with broader IT and business goals. Participate in local leadership and staff meetings to align technology priorities with operational objectives. Other Responsibilities Maintain familiarity with new technology trends and evaluate opportunities for improvement. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned.
