Job Duties:
Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. The Assistant Network Manager supports the Network Manager in leading the network team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with IT standards. This role emphasizes team development, operational excellence, and proactive problem-solving to maintain a secure and efficient network environment. The Assistant Network Manager also helps train staff or assigns appropriate training to ensure skill development and readiness across the team.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent required. Related work experience can be substituted for the educational requirements. Typically requires a minimum of three to six years LAN Administration or related experience. Must be able to solve arising problems using sound judgement and experience.
