1099 Contractor Compensation Competitive hourly rate Overtime available Per diem is offered Responsibilities Enforce site-specific and OSHA safety policies Conduct daily site audits and inspections Maintain safety documentation and reports Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions Coordinate with site leadership, subcontractors, and field personnel Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings Stop unsafe work when necessary Requirements Previous construction safety experience required CPR/First Aid
