This role involves leading the strategic and operational management of a mission-critical data center campus, ensuring high availability and reliability of infrastructure. Director of Data Center Operations:
Lead the day-to-day and strategic operations of a growing, mission-critical data center campus. Oversee performance, reliability, and operational strategy across multiple facilities. Manage vendors, customer expectations, and ensure strict compliance with uptime, safety, and operational standards. Develop management teams and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives for expansion, project support, and operational excellence. Requirements for theDirector of Data Center Operations:
10+ years of relevant mission-critical, facilities, or data center experience. Proven leadership experience in a senior operations/facilities leadership role. Experience managing multiple buildings, a campus, or cluster of facilities. Strong understanding of critical facilities and MEP infrastructure. Experience in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.
