This person will supports internally developed applications and vendor business systems (including MiTek Kova). Prepares work for designated approvers. 1. QA of developed code Test internally developed code and vendor releases in non-production environments (functional, regression, integration). Prepare test plans, cases, expected results, and records; document defects for developers or vendors and retest after correction. Coordinate user acceptance testing and collect sign-off from the requesting department. Does not sign UAT for the business. 2. Documentation management Maintain system and feature documentation: user guides, process maps, knowledge-base articles, and related records. Update documentation when systems, configurations, or processes change so it stays accurate and usable. 3. Implementation assistance Assist with implementation of new systems and features, including configuration, data build, and user support. Prepare tickets, release notes, and go-live materials; communicate timing, impacts, and required user actions. Provide application-level user support and training; triage issues and escalate to developers, the Systems Engineer, i.t. NOW, MiTek, or other vendors. Coordinates implementation; does not deploy or apply production changes. 4. Security and compliance coordination Help ensure established security policies, procedures, and controls are followed, documented, and auditable. Prepare process maps, inventories, testing records, and evidence for internal and external audit. Document exceptions or gaps and escalate them to the Systems Project Manager or other responsible party. Prepares evidence; does not own controls or independently attest that they were followed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Background in QA, documentation, implementation, application support, or IT compliance. Familiarity with testing, ticketing tools, and basic diagnostics (non-production or approved access). Experience in an audited environment is beneficial. Wage DOE.
