Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in program management. + 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports. Preferred qualifications: + 8 years of experience leading and scaling global, distributed technical program management or engineering teams. + Direct experience operating within data center environments or other high-technology infrastructure environments. + Proven expertise in managing complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and the end-to-end operational handover documentation process. + Deep understanding of building design, construction processes, fabrication projects, and associated workflows. + Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership decisions, align stakeholders, and present technical roadmaps.
