Project focus We are looking for an MEP Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems throughout major construction projects. You will manage MEP subcontractors, coordinate installation activities, resolve design and constructability issues, and support commissioning and project turnover. Key skills and Experience required 10+ years of MEP construction, coordination, project management, or superintendent experience Experience working on data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex commercial projects Extensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems Proven experience managing MEP subcontractors and installation activities Strong experience with MEP coordination, constructability reviews, and design coordination Experience managing MEP schedules, procurement, resources, and project delivery Experience supporting commissioning, system start-up, and project turnover Ability to review contract documents, drawings, scopes, and technical requirements Strong understanding of relevant building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate owners, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams If this role is of interest, please apply with an updated resume.
