Job Description
Job Overview:
Senior Product Manager, Data Keurig's ecommerce business runs on data. Every coffee discovery, subscription decision, and reorder is a signal. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own how data moves through our commerce ecosystem: what we collect, where it lives, how it's generated, and how it gets turned into product value across Keurig.com and connected commerce. You will set the direction for the data foundation that powers personalization, merchandising, and decision-making across the business, not just the features sitting on top of it. You will be expected to operate with significant autonomy, influence senior stakeholders, and make architecture and investment tradeoffs that shape the roadmap for years. Reports to the Director of Product Management and partners closely with engineering, data science, marketing, CRM, and customer experience leadership. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit. What You'll Own Data Strategy and Ownership- Define the data model for commerce and customer behavior: what signals we capture, how they're structured, and what they're meant to represent
- Own the flow of data across systems, from collection at the customer touchpoint through to activation in personalization, CRM, and analytics
- Set the strategy for where data lives and how it's accessed, partnering with engineering and data science on architecture, build-vs-buy, and long-term tradeoffs
- Decide how we generate new data deliberately, through instrumentation, experimentation, and enrichment, rather than collecting by default
- Build alignment across leadership on the multi-year data and personalization vision, and translate it into a roadmap and investment case Turning Data Into Product Value
- Set the strategy for how customer and behavioral data powers personalization, recommendations, and merchandising across the site (for example, taste-based discovery and brewer-aware recommendations)
- Own how subscription and consumption signals translate into retention, reorder, and churn-prevention experiences
- Define how insights flow back into the product roadmap so data drives decisions rather than just reporting on them
