Friday Role Responsibilities:

The IT Specialist must have thorough knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server OS, networking, security protocols, and hardware installation and maintenance The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to details Duties will require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve problems Excellent customer service skills are required

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a minimum of an Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a closely related field Previous direct work-related experience is preferred but not required in this field
