- , you will play a critical role in designing and evolving cloud-scale data platforms that power our industrial IoT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- + Define and own the architecture for cloud-based data solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high availability + Lead data architecture discussions and collaborate closely with engineering, product, ML, and cross‑functional stakeholders + Design, build, andmaintainproduction datastores supporting high‑speed, high‑volume industrial IoT and telematics data + Translate business and product requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models + Drive best practices for data reliability, performance tuning, partitioning, indexing, and data quality + Analyze how customers and systems use data,identifyinefficiencies, and propose architectural improvements + Coach and mentor engineers on data architecture best practices through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance + Clearly explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including leadership •
Minimum Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience + 8+ years of experience working across the data tier, from design through development and production support + 5+ years of experience in a
- data architect
- role with strong grounding in enterprise data architecture concepts + Proven experience leading data architecture in
- production cloud environments
- (Azure preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Experience working with
- high‑speed, high‑volume telematics or time‑series data
- + Familiarity with
- Infrastructure as Code
- , preferably
- Terraform
- + Programming or scripting experience in
- Python, PowerShell, and/or T‑SQL
- + Experience supporting or enabling
- AI/ML projects
- + Knowledge of
- data governance, data privacy, and compliance

- Microsoft SQL Server
- or similar relational databases + Hands‑on experience with at least one
