Job Description
Under the direction of the Realty Administrator, this position works with GIS and land surveying software and tools to create, maintain, and analyze geographically referenced data. Responsibilities include engaging in a variety of land-surveying projects; planning, coordinating, and resolving problems related to survey functions; researching, compiling, processing, and analyzing GIS and survey data; and producing maps, drawings, and exhibits for projects. The role involves surveying and investigating land surfaces to obtain precise measurements and determine the location of lines, angles, points, areas, and elevations. Additional responsibilities include performing boundary calculations and ensuring the accuracy of survey records, data, notes, and sketches.
