This on-site leadership position combines operational management, technical oversight, enterprise application development, and customer engagement while ensuring the successful delivery of mission-critical geospatial services supporting water resources, infrastructure, environmental stewardship, and public lands throughout the western United States. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, supervise GIS professionals, oversee enterprise GIS operations, and serve as the primary interface between Government leadership and contractor personnel. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines (or equivalent professional experience): Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Natural Resources Management, Earth Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Related technical field Extensive experience managing enterprise GIS operations and technical teams. Strong knowledge of ESRI Enterprise technologies including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and enterprise geodatabases. Experience developing enterprise GIS applications and web-based mapping solutions. Experience with JavaScript API, Python, SQL, and GIS automation. Experience managing project schedules, staffing, budgets, and technical deliverables. Strong customer engagement and stakeholder communication skills. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced Federal environment. Ability to mentor and develop technical professionals.
