We are hiring a GIS Analyst to support and improve our GIS operations. Education and experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ISDS, Geography, or a related field from an accredited university (preferred) 3+ years of GIS administration experience Required skills Daily working proficiency in ArcGIS Pro Data analysis: collecting, manipulating, and presenting data using SQL and ETL tools Working with other departments to identify workflow problems and develop solutions Familiarity with ArcGIS Utility Network data model High-accuracy GNSS data capture ArcGIS mobile apps (Field Maps, Workforce, Survey123) GIS and AutoCAD integration Preferred qualifications ArcGIS Enterprise administration Designing and administering an ArcGIS Enterprise environment Installing, licensing, updating, and troubleshooting Enterprise software (ArcGIS Pro, Server, Portal, Data Store) Managing enterprise geodatabases: data creation, schema changes, permissions, and QA/QC Publishing web services to a federated ArcGIS Server Managing Portal and ArcGIS Online content, users, and configuration Development Python scripting, including ArcPy and Arcade expressions Building mobile data collection apps with ArcGIS Experience Builder, VertiGIS Studio, or the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript Industry knowledge Utility company operations Louisiana One Call operations SAP or a similar ERP system
