3 days / week in the office (Craig wood Office, South Plainfield, NJ ) & Travel to the client locations as needed. Job Summary The GIS Application Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and enhancing enterprise GIS solutions using Esri ArcGIS Online and related technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise in geospatial systems, data analytics, automation, and system integration. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable GIS applications, dashboards, and workflows that support business and operational needs. Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support Esri ArcGIS Online solutions to meet organizational requirements Develop and maintain GIS applications using Survey123, Field Maps, ArcGIS Experience Builder, and/or ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Perform GIS data modeling, spatial analysis, and data visualization to support decision-making Design and develop dashboards and analytical reports using ArcGIS Dashboards and Microsoft Power BI Design, implement, and support system integrations and ETL workflows across multiple platforms Develop automation and data processing scripts using Python Query, manage, and maintain relational databases using SQL Create and manage workflow automations using Power Automate Utilize Arcade expressions to support GIS calculations and advanced visualizations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Esri ArcGIS Online solutions Proven hands-on experience with Survey123, Field Maps, ArcGIS Experience Builder, and/or ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Strong knowledge of GIS data modeling, spatial analysis, and visualization techniques Experience developing analytics and dashboards using Power BI and ArcGIS Dashboards Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and data processing Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation Familiarity with Arcade, JavaScript, and
