Job Description

Overview Project Partners is seeking an Asset Management Engineer to support major wastewater infrastructure and asset management projects in the Los Angeles area. This hybrid opportunity offers hands-on public sector engineering experience working with wastewater systems, GIS data, asset management, and infrastructure planning. Asset Management Engineer Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Support wastewater asset management projects, including GIS data input, data migration, and system improvements Analyze wastewater infrastructure and asset performance data Assist with sewer system investigations, hydraulic analysis, and condition assessments Support testing, implementation, training, and go-live activities for asset management systems Prepare technical reports, memorandums, and engineering studies Evaluate risk assessments and recommend operational improvements Assist with pilot projects involving wastewater rehabilitation technologies Coordinate with engineering, operations, and technical teams
Asset Management Engineer Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 0-5 years of engineering experience Knowledge of GIS, asset management systems, or data analysis preferred Familiarity with utility infrastructure, wastewater systems, or public works projects preferred Exposure to project coordination or project management activities is highly desirable Self-motivated professional who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and works effectively in fast-paced team environments Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.) Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance Must be able to commute to Los Angeles, CA. $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
