REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in engineering or related field and 9+ years experience; May accept additional experience or degrees. Knowledge of computer hardware comparable to Comp TIA A+ certification. Knowledge of cable paths and protocols. Skilled in using MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organization and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills using both technical and user-friendly language. Possess a flexible personality, self-motivated and willingness to multi-task. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Target salary range:
