Background check required Responsibilities

• Perform application development and support activities supporting the Office of Information Technology's GIS Program and the Office of Planning
• Assist in the upgrade and development of an Agricultural Preservation Model, upgrading the current custom ArcMap AddIn (C#/Python) to an ArcGIS Pro AddIn
• Conduct GIS application development in an Enterprise GIS environment
• Perform code review, documentation, planning, and development
• Support database development Requirements
• Minimum of five (5) years developing and modifying applications using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python
• Minimum of three (3) years working with ESRI ArcGIS technologies including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS API's, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Esri SDK's, and ArcSDE
• Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python
• Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), Triggers, and Stored Procedures
• Experience in development of reports using SSRS, Power BI
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and concepts (Oracle, SQL Server preferred)
• Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field and five years' experience in systems analysis, change management analysis, project management, or related field
