Description Overview SAIC is hiring a Database Engineer to design and implement enterprise geospatial database solutions supporting mission‑critical applications. You will guide customers through data management strategies and implement secure, scalable environments. Responsibilities Design and implement secure, high‑availability database solutions. Collaborate across the entire implementation lifecycle. Configure and maintain enterprise DB environments (backup, restore, HA/DR). Monitor performance and tune databases (query optimization, indexing). Implement security controls and compliance standards. Automate routine tasks for efficiency. Provide technical guidance for migrations, integrations, and enterprise architectures. Qualifications Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this role.
