Overview To provide information technology support to Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Management Area Services (IMAS).

The primary tasks are:

facilitate the digital transformation of PAE Fires. This includes the adoption and integration of advanced digital technologies, processes, and practices to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and overall mission effectiveness. Responsibilities Experience in Leading classified and unclassified network operations; LAN/WAN infrastructure; voice, data, and video services;. Experience in network design, installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, and high availability.

Conducts testing of network design. Responsible f or monitoring network hardware operations to ensure properly set configuration options. Plans implementation of enhancements and upgrades to the network. Advises network users of hardware requirements, configurations, and limitations. Maintains technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, etc. Evaluates and reports on new communications technologies to enhance capabilities of the network. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related work experience DoD 8140 certifications Netowrk adminstration and engineering experience.
