Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology operations and infrastructure. This pivotal role involves overseeing IT systems, and implementing strategic initiatives to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology, exceptional leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of modern IT environments.

Duties:

Lead the planning, development, and execution of IT strategies aligned with business objectives Manage and supervise IT team responsible for infrastructure, support, and project delivery Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems Ensure network security through firewall management, network security protocols, and vulnerability assessments Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement and service agreements Implement ITIL best practices to optimize service management processes Oversee disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and system backups to ensure data integrity and availability Manage cloud services such as AWS and Azure to support scalable infrastructure solutions Supervise technical support activities across desktop support, network engineering, and server management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience Proven experience managing IT in a fast-paced environment Extensive knowledge of computer networking including LAN/WAN configurations, Cisco routers, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and remote access software Strong expertise in server management (Windows Server, Linux), virtualization (VMware vSphere), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Hands-on experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and SQL analysis tools Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL and tools such as ServiceNow or SharePoint for workflow automation Demonstrated ability to develop disaster recovery plans and implement business continuity strategies Technical proficiency in network security measures including firewalls, Active Directory management, network infrastructure security protocols Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware Certified Professional (VCP),

Microsoft Certified:
