Aligns market IT operations with enterprise strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that support clinical, operational, and business objectives across multiple facilities. Partners with system IT leadership, market/facility executives, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, performance improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Healthcare Director of Information Technology and Services Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required, or 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of progressive IT management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management. Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams. Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development. Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT.
Pay:
Up to $136,000.00 per year
