Full-time, Exempt Role Overview Are you a technical expert ready to move away from the "daily route" and into a high-level leadership capacity? We are seeking a Regional Service & Training Manager to serve as the technical backbone of our Phoenix operations. This is a strategic leadership position. You won't be running a standard route; instead, you will recruit, train, and manage a fleet of technicians across the East and West Valley, ensuring every pool meets our gold standard of water chemistry and equipment performance.Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Recruit and onboard new technicians. Conduct field ride-alongs to provide real-time coaching and technical development. The "Academy": Build and lead a hands-on training program for new hires covering hydraulics, chemistry, and advanced diagnostics. Tier 3Technical Support:
Act as the final point of escalation for complex repairs, automation glitches, and high-ticket repair estimates ($3k+).Regional Operations:
Lead weekly technical briefings, manage manufacturer relationships (Pentair, Jandy, Hayward), and oversee route optimization for the Phoenix hub.Quality Control:
Conduct field "spot-checks" to ensure elite service standards and compliance with Arizona ROC and OSHA guidelines. Requirements at aGlance Experience:
Minimum 5 years in the pool industry with 3+ years in a supervisory/Lead Tech role.Certification:
Active CPO® (Certified Pool Operator) is required.Technical Mastery:
Deep expertise in variable speed pumps, salt systems, and automation (ScreenLogic, iAquaLink).Communication:
