To that end, Tesla is seeking a hardworking and passionate Product Manager. This Product Manager will be working on internal systems supporting all aspects of employee experience for growing business needs. You will focus on building enhancements for Time & Attendance system, HR and Payroll with global payroll providers in EMEA and APAC for process improvements, automations and integrations. What You'll Do
Focus on product roadmap and feature implementations, maintain, and optimize overall Timekeeping system, pay rule configurations, leave and accrual policies, scheduling and compliance rules in a global setting
Evaluate technology options that will help enhance the capabilities of the current HR Tech stack to meet the needs of the business
Ability to vision a cohesive user experience across multiple systems and processes. Expertise with system integrations, API, system architecture principles that will allow to scale and secure data integrations
Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and user experience of HR platforms. Leverage data and analytics to assess the performance of HR technologies and make data-driven decisions for improvements. Work with engineering team to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios
Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision making processes
Prioritize between existing versus new customers, and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in product management, product development and in shipping quality products that had customer impact with evidence of exceptional ability
Experience in enterprise HR and Payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP
Experience in system implementation, integrations, deployments, Web services and reporting
Strong experience in gathering business requirements, documentation, user stories, functional specifications and building system design with Engineering teams
Experience working with user facing products that delivered business impact and customer satisfaction
A solid grasp of Payroll, Timekeeping functions and procedures especially in Time Tracking, Leave of Absence, Scheduling and Payroll calculations in a global setting
Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision making processes
Prioritize between existing versus new implementations, and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions
Ability to successfully work with cross range of teams including engineering, UX, legal, finance, sales and operations Compensation and Benefits

Expected Compensation
$112,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
