Description The ATM Program Manager will direct the end-to-end strategy, security, operational health, and modernization roadmap for SDCCU's ATM fleet of approximately 80 ATMs. This individual will serve as the primary owner of the ATM program, responsible for strategic planning, vendor management, lifecycle management, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement. This position is not a field-service ATM technician role. SDCCU utilizes third-party vendors for maintenance and after-hours support. The ideal candidate will operate as a strategic leader responsible for ensuring vendors are aligned to future-state initiatives, modernization efforts, operating system upgrades, hardware lifecycle management, telecommunications planning, and ATM network performance.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $103250.00 - $139700.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401(k) with 3% company match plus additional employer contribution. Medical, dental, and vision coverage with PPO and HMO options through major carriers. PTO and paid holidays. Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually for eligible employees. Degree completion bonuses up to $1,500 for a Bachelor's and $3,000 for a Master's. Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage. Wellness reimbursement up to $200 per year.
