The Asset and Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT hardware asset lifecycle activities across the customer environment, including warehouse-managed assets, field-deployed assets, department stockroom assets, and assets moving through deployment, refresh, repair, return, disposal, or inventory correction processes. This role will own overall asset control, daily warehouse coordination, physical inventory accuracy, asset receiving, stockroom management, deployment support, asset movement, repair/refresh coordination, decommissioning/disposal support, and ServiceNowAMDB/CMDB
record accuracy. This role will operate with a clear discipline: if you touch the asset, you touch the record. Key Responsibilities Manage overall hardware asset lifecycle control across the customer environment, including warehouse assets, field assets, department stockrooms, deployed assets, inventory assets, refresh assets, repair assets, and disposal-bound assets. Manage daily warehouse operations, including asset receiving, storage, staging, scanning, dispatch, return, repair, refresh, and disposal coordination for customer hardware assets. Maintain accurate physical and system inventory for laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, docks, network equipment, peripherals, and other in-scope hardware assets. Support IT Allocation and asset cleanup activities, including inventory validation, ServiceNow freeze/remediation periods, department spreadsheet updates, service-ticket remediation, and consolidated reporting Mandatory Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management. Strong working knowledge ofCMDB / AMDB
asset records, asset lifecycle updates, and configuration/asset data accuracy. Ability to update, validate, and govern ServiceNow asset information across lifecycle, ownership, location, inventory, financial, deployment, disposal, and audit-related areas. Experience managing IT hardware assets across warehouse, field, department, and customer environments. Strong understanding of asset movement controls, inventory reconciliation, ticket-based tracking, and audit-ready documentation. Required Experience Hands-on experience in IT hardware asset management, warehouse operations, inventory control, or endpoint lifecycle management. Experience managing physical inventory reconciliation, warehouse audits, stockroom accuracy, and department-level asset validation. Experience working in a governance-heavy environment where asset accuracy impacts reporting, allocation exercises, SLA discussions, audits, and customer confidence. Ability to identify asset-data gaps, coordinate corrections, track blockers, and follow through until records and physical inventory are aligned. Preferred Skills Experience with ServiceNow upload templates, bulk asset updates, asset import templates, barcode scanning, RFID-related tracking, and warehouse automation concepts. Familiarity with endpoint imaging/deployment dependencies, SCCM coordination, warranty tracking, vendor shipment management, and public-sector or large-enterprise asset governance. Experience supporting large enterprise customer environments with multiple departments, stockrooms, sensitive inventory, and audit requirements. #IND2Pay:
